  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • What are the access hours for self-storage?

    Storage facility access is 7am-8pm PST. Access outside of these hours will be handled on a case by case basis.

  • Where do I park while loading/ unloading?

    Please park in our designated loading zones while you access your storage unit.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    We charge approximately $100 in start up fees. This includes a refundable deposit for an access and security fob, and two non-refundable one-time payments for a cylinder lock package and admin fee. These are only applicable to your first month of renting with us

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person, or make a payment through our website.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Cheques, VISA, MasterCard.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be issued an access fob to gain access that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

  • Do I need to come into the office to rent a unit?

    The rental process can be done completely remotely with a call or email to our reception desk. As long as you (or an authorized individual) can come by the facility during office hours of Monday- Friday, 9am – 5pm to pick up the lock, keys, and fob on or before your move-in date, we can handle everything over the phone & email, including an E-Signature lease.

  • If I move out before the end of the month, will I still be charged for the whole month?

    If two weeks’ notice is provided, we will prorate the unused portion of the month. You will be issued a refund to the method of payment we have on file.

  • What if I lose my fob?

    We will need to issue you a new one. This will be subject to a second refundable deposit, and you will not receive a refund for the initial deposit.
